Charlin Health Services

Hospice Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Welcome to Charlin, faithfully serving the North Dallas community since 2003 with a legacy of compassionate, family-centered care that treats your loved ones as our own.

We understand that deciding on hospice care can be a challenging time for patients and their families. Our aim is to provide compassionate care and support to those facing life-limiting illnesses. Below are the eligibility criteria and the conditions we cater to, ensuring that your loved ones receive the best possible care in their time of need.

Our hospice care services are designed to provide comfort and dignity to patients dealing with serious illnesses. A patient may be eligible for hospice care if they have a prognosis of six months or less should the disease follow its natural course.

Charlin Hospice helped us through the passing of both my Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law (at different times). All the nurses that supported us were a phone call away, and would show up whenever needed.

My experience with Charlin Home Health was great. I had a total knee replacement and the physical therapist was very knowledgeable and very understanding. He listened to my whining but encouraged me all the way.

A group of ANGELS was sent to take care of our sister Jeanne is the only way I can explain how our family feels about Charlin. As a veteran, Jeanne needed so much support and Charlin stepped in and handled everything for us.
